Sparkly clean fresh smelling rooms that are large and well equipped Modern appliances full size Refrigerator Electric stove microwave and even a ironing board that unfolds out of the wall. This Hotel is extremely quiet even on Friday and Saturday nights.The rooms are so quiet I suspect their is good sound proofing installed The security in this place is very good. Lobby Desk host Antwon was very cordial and helpful. I would personally recommend this excellent hotel and enthusiastically rebook here again.

As a frequent Choice Hotels guest, I recently discovered Suburban Studios in Arlington Heights near O’Hare Airport and have been staying here for the past six months. From day one, he has provided white-glove service simply by being himself, professional, personable, and genuinely welcoming. He treats guests with care and respect, making you feel more like a valued regular than just another reservation. I had a few issues and concerns going on with my account and I was greatly assisted by Alexis. Literally knocked out my issues like an all-star. I've worked in customer service management for years. The gal knows her stuff and is management worthy. With the right touch of concern for the guest going above and beyond to make sure my room account was secure. Dated hotel, and although I booked it for 3 people, had to request extra towels. Morning coffee was very weak, luckily there was a Duncan 2 doors down.
